They say you are never to old for a day of work experience. Today I took a trip up to Langholm to see the ice cream van I had designed for Pelosi's Ices the Milk Ice Makers.
I joined good friend and ice cream vendor Sophie on a ride out in the van, it was like being Postman Pat for the day. Delivering ice cream by driving out to rural farms and villages over the Scottish hills, such a beautiful route.
It's official I can now make a Ice Cream Nougat Wafer! Here we are inside the van: "Would you like a flake with that?"
